Important:

Do not share my information on any social media pages. That includes contact information, product information or any reference to our pages.

Please use these install guides to login to Elite TV and/or Popcorn Player (movies), depending on what you purchased. I have also included a picture with your username and password. If you purchased a device from us, it should already be setup for you. No need to install again.

Renewals:

Please contact us so we can renew at least a week before expiration date. Please do not send payment before checking with me. Expiration date is always displayed on bottom left of main screen of the app.

I’m happy to answer any questions you have, but after today, all tech support must be done via support request. Please no phone calls /text messages. Please use the support site for tech support issues. I still answer you but it allows me to have uninterrupted time with my family/work.
